Hunu product development
Hunu is an interactive product developed at Craft Education to support educational organizations in the management of resources centered around autism. Hunu also seeks to be a resource for content and data management. Daily responsibilities included developing and managing design systems and process, developing UX document for the purposes of communicating product goals and features, leading collaboration between engineering and design teams, researching and developing new interactive concept for stakeholder presentations, and more.
As part of my task support the engineering and design team, I had to support stakeholders in establishing product goal that can be communicated for the purposes of raising capital. The goal of Hunu is to serve as a centralized location form managing user profile and conducting exercise for the diagnosis and management of autism. Focused on the African market, I support the team in turning an idea into a market ready product.
What was produced
The products developed were for both internal products and external client products. These product were geared mainly towards audiences in the educational and health sectors focused in the area of providing services for autism.

One of the key purposes of this product is to make access to tools and resources for early detection of autism in Africa readily available all. In order to achieve this the experience of the suite of products needs to organically introduced into the interaction patterns of the region.

Why the need for change
Hunu as a system seeks to provide a series of solutions to the African market focused on the areas of therapy and education in relation to autism awareness and education. This seek to present a sustainable mode for tracking the development of personnels, and therapists and allow organizations to better craft services for families and clients. Hunu leverages the established mode of communication based on research on technology adaptation rates and support to provide a suite of products that will incorporate seamlessly into the daily routines of users.
Life changing Solutions
Hunu as a product presents some opportunities to better educate communities on the subject of autism. The interface and content developed are assisting organizations change traditional perspectives, along with providing an avenue for therapist to better craft educational and development plans. As part of my contributions Hunu has offered user tools to aid in early detection of autism and development of outreach programs targeting rural areas in the region.
